George Jetsons Softball

Anybody reading this Forum? It's been a while since we've needed to congregate before a game. Not only do we have a game, but we are in the playoffs. Plus, we are in the traditional Jetson seeding of T4. Underdogs for life. :afro:

Can we win it? Yes, we can!! :salut:

The question isn't, "Can we win it?" But, "Will we play?"

I'm still skeptical based on the weather forcast. Hoping we at least get to play the first one and then we'll take 2 for the championship next week.

So far, the rain is staying north of I-10, and the high percentage chance for rain has moved to 9PM. [-o<

Now the question becomes, when do I go get my softball gear? My betting on the weather may have failed. However, my going to get my stuff could cause the rain to fall. It's a difficult decision. :-k

3 pm: The hotline has not been updated! Looks like the rain might be staying North.

Only one thing about that sucks. Socks! That's right, if we play tonight I'll be running around in cleats and dress socks.

40+ ice cold beers are waiting for us.

Tell Damon to suck it up. Rain at no thing. He can get another date. But tonight, the Jetson's do something different in the playoffs!

Who wants to pre-party for the playoffs? I know of a gathering going on at Gilruth that should have kegs and maybe some food.
